Separate organisations

Each organisation has its own workspace and storage. Access requires a signed identity for that organisation. People sign in with an emailed code; administrators manage membership.

Originals stay unchanged

Uploaded sources are stored by their file hash. Responses cite exact source versions. Approved packages retain their source references, branding and export files even when later work changes.

Human decisions

A person checks requirements, reviews responses, classifies incoming email and records go / no-go. Only the designated current member can approve a final package. The assistant and connectors cannot perform these actions.

Know the boundaries

Cloudflare hosts the service and its in-app models. Processing can occur outside Australia. Connecting an external assistant shares the material it reads with that provider under your account’s terms. No system is completely secure.

The application records activity and capture signals and uses a session watermark, as described in the Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy. These controls do not stop copying or screenshots.
