Common questions

Practical answers before you start.

Who is Pursuit for?

Australian organisations responding to tenders, requests for proposal, expressions of interest and prequalification requests, across industries.

Does the AI submit our tender?

No. The assistant reads, searches, drafts and assembles. Your designated approver checks and freezes the files, your team submits through the buyer’s process, and a person records the receipt.

Can it fill the buyer’s Word and Excel schedules?

It maps unique DOCX placeholders and XLSX input cells, preserving the original. Existing formula cells and locked cells cannot be overwritten. Unsupported or detected lossy features block approval; inspect native files and PDF views before approving.

What happens when an addendum arrives?

A person classifies received email and selects affected requirements. Addenda reopen those requirements, their responses and the go / no-go decision. Previously approved packages stay unchanged.

Can we reuse our capability material?

Yes. Keep confirmed experience, personnel, qualifications, certifications, policies and methods in an organisation-wide keyword-searchable library. Evidence copied into a bid retains exact source versions.

Can we use Claude, Copilot or Codex?

Yes, through the remote MCP connector. Those conversations use the external provider’s account and terms. The connector cannot approve packages or perform human reviews.

What does the trial include?

Fourteen days, up to five people, three bids, 2 GB of documents and 150 assistant requests a day. No payment card is needed to start.

Is Pursuit digitally certifying our response?

No. Pursuit records human approval and freezes exact file hashes and source versions. It does not digitally certify documents or guarantee a buyer will accept a response.

Can our administrator choose the assistant model?

made. manages model policy, fallback and reasoning. Your team can edit its practice instructions.

Where is our data processed?

The service uses Cloudflare’s global infrastructure and Stripe for payments. Processing is not guaranteed to remain in Australia. The Privacy Policy explains service providers and external connectors.
